SPIDER TRAP
by

COMMODORE POWER/PLAY MAGAZINE

NOTE: You must have a joystick
plugged into Port One to play this
game.

A few days ago we heard strange
sounds coming from a LOADSTAR
programmer's office. And even though
strangeness of any sort isn't exactly
a novelty around here, we decided to
investigate.
We peeked over the programmer's
shoulder. "Aieee...," he said as the
character he was controlling with the
joystick failed to negotiate the small
spiders that teemed in the queen
spider's lair. The poor damsel that
waited on the other side of the lair
remained unrescued. SPIDER TRAP
had struck again.
"That's the breaks, babe," the
programmer said as he threw his arms
in the air, "You're on your own."
"Whata guy," we told him.
"Chivalry is dead," he replied, "Why
don't you try it yourselves?"
When we played the game we found out
what he meant: SPIDER TRAP definitely
challenges the old reflexes. But like
the programmer told us-- why don't you
try it yourself?
